This handy little fellow means quick easy ground beef meal to me. And, as a college kid with little time and cash I have become quite familiar with the helper ways. A product of Miss Betty Crocker, mom’s godsend, hamburger helper’s best dish-in-a box in my opinion would be the Cheeseburger Macaroni!
This artificially flavored deliciousness is sure to delight even the pickiest of little monsters (kids?). It has a pretty authentic cheeseburger cheesiness to it that makes the ten to fifteen minute prep time well worth the wait. Here are some pictures from our last Hamburger Helper night. As you can see fun was had by all and through One Pound, and One Pan, we became a family! Not really, but Swava Pearl, my giant roommate, seemed to enjoy it. So did Andrew Petty and Xavier Valdez.
